This is our second time staying here, the checkout process was very fast, the staff were all friendly, and parking was free. For motorcyclists like us, the parking area is very friendly because it is covered so the vehicle doesn't get hot or wet. The breakfast is very varied, and the food is always delicious. Pros: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Free gym and swimming pool. 3. Strategic location, close to malls and several souvenir shops. 4. Room amenities are quite complete. Cons: 1. The air conditioning in my room wasn't cold enough. 2. Elevator access requires a room access card, so if you're staying with family, you'll have to ask staff for help, as the room access card is usually used to turn on the electricity. 3. The room isn't soundproof; the sound of other guests passing through the hallway can be clearly heard inside, and sounds from within can be heard outside.

Everything was fine, but my room wasn't cold. I complained about the AC, and the hotel responded, but the AC still wasn't cooling. The AC was cleaned at 11:00 PM, but it still wasn't cooling. I asked for a room change, but they said they couldn't.

A very pleasant hotel in the city center. It's perfect for families, with a swimming pool on the 9th floor for kids. The only downside is the elevator, which isn't very flexible, as you have to use your room key to access it.
