friendly staff, very helpful with every need and complaint, delicious food and many variants, comfortable swimming pool, unfortunately when I was there the rabbits were in the cage, couldn't play, I was a bit surprised when I slept there, there was the sound of work at the refinery which made me panic attack, because the area is near the Pertamina refinery, and also the connecting room was not locked, next time I should pay attention again so it's safer, overall it's comfortable and I feel at home staying here, the aura is calming, the hotel is not noisy, the most important thing is the room smells really good😍 like it
