Hotel was newly built and facilities are clean. Hotel location is also good, it’s close to the Borobudur heritage and easy access by Grab. We found a nice Thai restaurant nearby that offers beer. The breakfast menu in this hotel was OK, not many choices but good enough. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back.

Still and always my favorite hotel when I am visiting this beautiful town. Even an old hotel but always clean & tidy, spacious room space, and very friendly staff. Location in the city, just 15 minutes from the train station and surrounded by food & culinary shops and near the traditional market. Easy to access by public transport and also private vehicle. Wasn’t sure what to expect, so we originally planned to stay one night then continue the next day with our travels. Loved this place so much we stayed another night! Absolutely loved everything here. The morning view was absolutely AMAZING. The room was huge and even had an extra bed without us asking, even though our room was a family room. So, one room for 6-8 people was still possible. The room was huge. The hot water ran well. Awesome.

I had no big expectation when I booked the room for one night but it turned out to be a decent experience for my stay. Unique architecture from outside and the location itself is great, not too close to the busy road and lots of tourist attractions nearby. The room is spacious enough and comfortable for its price, but the bathroom could use some improvements. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

Whiz Hotel Pemuda Semarang

For its price range, I can confidently recommend this particular hotel especially for solo travelers on a budget. I stayed in a standard single bed room and even with a breakfast, it was still far reasonably cheaper than other similar hotel rooms without a breakfast option and the breakfast was even a buffet style! The room that I stayed in may not look brand new but it was clean and comfortable. The AC was cool and working well while the hot water in the shower worked as intended. While I have not gotten a chance to fully experience the other facilities yet, I was still impressed with other offers such as laundry service and spa. From the hotel, you could easily walk to Paragon Mall too!

We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again. Well done Fave Hotel Solo, keep up the good work.
