Every time I go home for Eid, I'll always choose to stay here. The staff are friendly, especially the security guard—I forgot his name, but he was dark-skinned. When I stayed, he was on the morning shift until 8 PM. In fact, he was friendlier than the night shift staff. Thank you so much, W Three, for making our visit to pay our respects to our grandmother so memorable. Thank you for upgrading our room during our stay, and at no extra charge! Love!

Overall, it was good, except the rain shower in my room didn't work. Breakfast variety was also limited, and some of the food had a less-than-stellar texture. However, the staff was very helpful, and they even requested a service survey so our suggestions could be noted and hopefully acted upon.

I just checked in and found there were no towels or mats. I requested them over the phone, but they never came. I had to go down to the front desk to get them. And this wasn't the first time. The room's air conditioning wasn't cooling.
