Perfect hotel when traveling to Rome! The staff was amazing and very welcoming. It is a bit noisy being located next to the train station, but we were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff went the extra mile making sure we had everything we needed including an amazing cappuccino.

They moved us to their sister hotel down the street upon check-in. This Hotel Madison was great with a/c, an elevator and awesome breakfast room. The staff was very helpful, especially with storing luggage. They all spoke English very well.

We recently stayed here for one night because it was right next to the train station and we had a flight out the next morning. When we first got there they said we had to actually go around the back of the building as they have rooms on a different street which was a little hard to find. The room was clean and bed comfortable; however the shower was ice cold and after a few minutes stopped working completely so we weren’t able to use it at all. I contacted the property through what’s up but they have not gotten back to me.

This place is located across street from the train station, very convenient to move around. The room we stayed was very small and no front view, it was way back of the building. The staff was great, they helped to storage our luggages after our checked out, it was very helpful.

For purposes, the room worked out. We had four people so limited on selection. Our room was cold. Not in the sense of air-conditioning but just appearance. Felt like we were living in a dorm room. Walls were just colored cinderblock. Had a TV and a mirror. Minimal outlets for charging. The bathroom also extremely simplistic and poor lighting. Close to the train station which may have been part of the issue. May have had better rooms if you were there just as a couple, but for four people to share would not be my first choice for return.

Stayed for one night after cruise. We were not in the main hotel and sent to the annex which was a 4 minute walk in the heat with luggage.
When we checked out we asked to store luggage and were charged 5 euros for large case. I have never been charged before for a case in a hotel and due to this and the distance to the room I would never stay again

We stayed in the new rooms of the hotel located in an other building. I found it was weird having to go to an other building licated few streets behing to access our room, but the rooms were vrand new all refurbished with air con so we had a good stay.

Very polite helpful staff from front desk to eating area. Very clean room and all areas .
Breakfast was well presented and variety of options offered as were the drinks (juices, milks, coffees).
Air conditioning worked well throughout the day and evening.
