I didn’t like the rooms. They were in one corner of the building and had no decent view at all. The lights in the room and the shower had problems, which were not fixed during the 2 nights we stayed. The reception did not ask how was our stay when we checked out. Considering the name of the hotel, the lobby was pretty ordinary. The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were excellent.

Honestly could not give this place a better review. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made the experience so special with a welcome prosecco and a beautiful room with a terrace that had a breathtaking view of Como di Lago. Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and informative. They helped provide information during one of the strike days to help us get around. My wife is gluten free and we booked the restaurant for our engagement anniversary and to celebrate our honeymoon. They brought in gluten free pasta for our reservation. The octopus spaghettoni was amazing! They also accomodated with providing gluten free breads everytime we went for breakfast. We felt welcomed and relaxed. It was a truly lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel

This Hotel is located perfectly. One of the most comfortable Hotel rooms I have been in, and I have traveled the world. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast had a variety for everyone and was delicious. When I come back to Lake Como I will definitely stay here.

This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done.

Traveling with my husband to Lake Como area for the first time. The location is great! Easy to walk to local restaurants and many available tours from Como. Ferry is right there. Breakfast buffet was ok-there weren’t many options for a vegan like myself. Rooms and bathrooms are small and could be updated.
