Very clean and spacious room, beds were comfortable, noise level was a bit much at times but didn't mind it all that much, it's right next to a station so you hear the trains all day and night, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

The room was a bit small for 3 people but for the price it’s honestly perfect. The nearest train station is a 7 minute walk and the nearest 7-11/ lawson is about 5 minutes. The room was very clean and so were the bathrooms and the showers. The staff were very friendly(on both sides).Wil definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around.

The room is clean & th beddings and towels are purity white.We stayed 15 days in Hotel, unfortunately, nobody cleaned the room , they did'nt changed beddings . The place is practical to move everywhere. Train station is approximately 200 meter away. The staff is very helpfull .

This is the worst place to book your stay. i traveled with my daughter who is 6 and i was very concerned for our safety. the staff was okay. the only nice place is the table in the “lobby” & the outside of the building. the “shared” bathroom & showers, you dont find out they are shared till you book this place. it looks like a jail. the “bed” is so uncomfortable its just a thin mat and a thin pillow on wood.

The lobby area was nice, it definitely gave such a great first impression. The room was decent and fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably enough, so no complaints there in terms of space. However, we could clearly hear loud train noise throughout the night. The location also felt a bit rough, with several homeless people around the area, which didn’t feel the most comfortable when travelling with kids. Overall, it was okay for a short stay and the price point.

Air conditioning was either too warm or too cold. The staff were helpful, but they said it's the way the air conditioning was set up in the whole building.
There were homeless people sleeping and wandering near the hotel everyday, but they haven’t been disturbing anyone. The area at night gets a bit dodgy when you see some people hiding in corners.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room is clean. However it is not sound proof. We could hear the trains pass-by, people stomping in the room above us, chatting at the corridor and in the atrium when the youngsters went for a smoke at late night! The cold air and smoke did seep through the windows. There is no cups and kettle provided in the room. Kettle is shared in the communal area. It was inconvenient because my medication requires warm water. There is no convenient stores nearby. My wife and I did't feel safe in the area. We do not recommend this hotel, especially for families and singles.

The lady at the front that helped me was very helpful. Price was great and the room was clean. Only issue I had was the bed was uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it. I just needed a place to stay for the night and this did it. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.

The hotel’s location was very poor and made getting around difficult. Unfortunately, the stay was further ruined by a bedbug issue in the room, which caused discomfort and distress. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would strongly caution others before booking.

The bedroom looked clean and spacious, but the smell was unbearable, smelled like chemical, filled with the whole room. Had to look for another hotel on site. How come no one talks about the strong smell??
The neighborhood is a homeless area, but didn't feel unsafe, streets are just not that clean.
