The lady at the front that helped me was very helpful. Price was great and the room was clean. Only issue I had was the bed was uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it. I just needed a place to stay for the night and this did it. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room is clean. However it is not sound proof. We could hear the trains pass-by, people stomping in the room above us, chatting at the corridor and in the atrium when the youngsters went for a smoke at late night! The cold air and smoke did seep through the windows. There is no cups and kettle provided in the room. Kettle is shared in the communal area. It was inconvenient because my medication requires warm water. There is no convenient stores nearby. My wife and I did't feel safe in the area. We do not recommend this hotel, especially for families and singles.

The hotel’s location was very poor and made getting around difficult. Unfortunately, the stay was further ruined by a bedbug issue in the room, which caused discomfort and distress. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would strongly caution others before booking.

La habitación la limpiaban cada 3 días, durante estos tres días no cambian ni siquiera las toallas ni la basura. El hotel estaba a unos 3 km del centro pero el barrio, tenía mal aspecto, muchoa borrachos y gente viviendo en las calles. El personal del hotel no era amable no servicial, no parecía un hotel. Por otro lado la salida del hotel era a las 10 am, pero nosotros nos dormimos. Como salimos a las 10:30 am nos querían aplicar una tarifa de 3000 yenes. Yo desde luego no volvería, ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.

The bedroom looked clean and spacious, but the smell was unbearable, smelled like chemical, filled with the whole room. Had to look for another hotel on site. How come no one talks about the strong smell??
The neighborhood is a homeless area, but didn't feel unsafe, streets are just not that clean.

The staff wasn’t welcoming at all. When we mentioned that our room with four people was hot/stuffy, they simply said there was no AC in the winter time and told us to open the windows — even though there were no screens. The alley outside was very loud and the room was right under the train, with noise throughout the night. The pillows didn’t even feel like real pillows. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall this place is not bad, but we found bedbugs in our room, which ruined the whole experience for us. The hotel staff were very apologetic and moved us to a different room, but the new room was in a different building and didn’t have a shower room.
There are coin-operated laundry machines, but they are expensive and the dryers are weak; we had to run drying cycles multiple times to properly dry our clothes.
The hotel is also in a bit of a seedy area. Nothing bad happened to us but we felt uncomfortable walking around at night.

部屋のパスワードを忘れた際、笑顔で対応していただきありがとうございました👏
２つ気になったのが、シャワーの温度が安定しなかったのと洗面所のタウパーを捨てるゴミ箱が開けづらかった点です。他の店舗だと足で蓋を開けるタイプ、そもそも蓋がなく捨てやすいタイプがあったのでそっちの方が利便性が高いのかもしれません。
部屋自体はとても綺麗で、トイレもレモンのいい香りがしたので良かったです。ベットの硬さ枕もちょうど良く快適でした。
コスパかなりいいので機会があればまた利用させてもらいます。

The hotel was very minimalist. We had a bathroom in our room, but there was no soap which was a little inconvenient. No shower in our room but there was a shared shower and large sink on every floor. Location is close to many different trains. The location is a little sketchy. Many homeless people sleeping on the streets at night. One night walking back to the hotel I saw a man peeing on the wall. The next morning I got cat called at. If you’re ok with paying less and being uncomfortable then this the place for you.

The area was honestly not the best. Both looks and safety wise, it was definitely within walking distance of a train station but the walk between the hotel and the station definitely didn’t feel safe to walk around at night. The hotel room itself was big enough for 5 people but it had a slight smell to it that would not go away after 6 days of keeping a window open. I accidentally checked out late, and when I was called by the hotel staff I informed them that I would be at the hotel within a certain time to collect my items so they could clean it for the next guest. However they kept calling me to rush me back even after I sent them messages and answered calls about what time I would be back. I recognize that I was at fault for my late checkout however the way that whole situation was handled by the staff was definitely off putting. I wouldn’t stay again as a solo traveler or even a group traveler.
