This hotel was great for a large family. We appreciated the bunk bed and two full beds along with a sofa and little round table with small sitting stools. They had robes and slippers for the patio. Great staff were helpful and accommodating. Location central in Akasaka and the train stations M line and Ginza line. Hard to find a hotel with multiple beds and space for many luggages.

Good property with excellent position between two high volume metro stations. Clean property, fantastic room configuration for three adult sized people. Laundry was convenient and worked well; two units were available. Rooms were super quiet which was awesome.

No natural lighting as the window faces a building next door. Causing negative mood. It is a family room but layout is not ideal. Bedroom and beside is long hall with bench/table, kitchenette and bath and in-room washer (next to door). Doesn’t feel spacious due to this layout. Pricey rate and doesn’t compare to other 3 star hotels which range more towards 3.5-4 stars. Shower is tiny shower door that closes behind so only a square space. Color and style is already dated making the room much more dark and unwelcoming. Showerhead has no setting and due to the cramped space, the high pressure jet needs to face another direction to avoid too much ricochet.
These two issues are huge enough to impact the mood of vacation. Won’t stay here again.

Let’s start with the positives. The location was excellent—very close to the subway, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bathroom amenities provided were definitely a nice touch.
However, the hotel did not quite live up to the photos online. In person, it felt somewhat worn and in need of updates. While the room itself was clean, the walls and furniture had noticeable scuff marks, and overall the space could benefit from fresh paint and refurbishment.
The room also felt consistently damp and humid, despite the air conditioning working well. It was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and for a family of four with older children, there was very little space to store belongings. The bathroom was also quite small, with minimal counter space for toiletries.
One concerning issue occurred when housekeeping left the window open one day without notifying us. We only realized it in the middle of the night, which felt unsettling and raised some security concerns.
Overall, while the location and staff were strong positives, the condition and size of the room, along with the other issues, would make me hesitant to stay here again.

Amazing staff who were super helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a bit expensive considering how tiny they are, and the beds weren't very comfy. Amenities include fridge and kettle in room as well as communal laundry machine on the 4th floor. The neighbourhood was quite lively with food places and pretty close to a couple train stations.

Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka was a fun establishment to stay at. I loved being able to book a balcony room and looking at the streets of Akasaka. The staff were extremely kind and helpful as well, which made the stay even better. I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a cozy stay!

Room and building were clean. Bed and pillow weren’t very comfortable but they were fine once I adjusted. You can hear everything going on outside and from your neighbours, not very good sound proofing in general. It’s a livelier area than we were thinking, which was both good and a little annoying (only when we’d wake up at 3:30am to drunk “businessmen” outside). We unfortunately lost our room keys and they charged us 3,000 Yen each (approx $30 CAD each). For a piece of plastic that they simply swipe, and for a card that all hotels we’ve ever stayed at have simply replaced, this felt so insulting. Sure, charge us a small penalty fee, but THAT much? It’s offensive, really. We have a child and lots of things to juggle and unfortunately the keys fell through the cracks, we’re not reckless. I think that was the cherry on top for us that would make us never want to stay here again despite everything else being good or fine. Just zero empathy or understanding from the staff and charging so much or else we don’t get a key back into our room was wild. Travelers be aware & extra careful!

I absolutely loved this hotel! My room had a balcony and it had a wonderful view. I love that the hotel has two different entrances/exists, and it is near a ton of different food spots and even a Don Quijote. Can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed at the Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka and found it to be a great value, especially when splitting the cost between four people. The location is excellent, surrounded by fantastic food options and very close to public transportation.
Our room was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly to keep us cool. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did notice a strong, unpleasant odor (similar to foot odor) coming from the carpets in the 4th-floor common areas. Additionally, the amenities felt a bit sparse compared to other hotels in the same category, and the bath towels were much smaller than expected. Despite these minor issues, the price point and location made it a worthwhile stay.

The hotel is lovely and accommodated our family of five comfortably. Our room, while small, was still likable. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and is also close to essential amenities like 7-11 and Lawson. The nearby train station adds to the convenience. If we return to Japan, we would definitely consider staying here again.
