The hotel is lovely and accommodated our family of five comfortably. Our room, while small, was still likable. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and is also close to essential amenities like 7-11 and Lawson. The nearby train station adds to the convenience. If we return to Japan, we would definitely consider staying here again.

We (3 of us) stayed for 8 nights, the staff were amazing and helpful! We utilized the laundry room (2 washers and 2 dryers) twice located on the 4th floor and never had to wait! Appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided in the shower! Free bottles of water and slippers in the room every day was a nice touch! Beds and pillows were comfortable! We loved the balcony off our room as well! Little space for 3 people living out of suitcases plus all of our purchases but we knew that going in! And wished we had a better view from the 9th floor, but completely understandable. 5 Stars! Would stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and train stations not far. I booked this hotel as I have a very tall husband and we needed a king size bed. The room is quite big for Japan standards but the bathroom is quite small. The bathroom has the basic amenities like soap, shampoo/conditioner and even facial cleanser products. They do have an amenities bar at the reception so you can grab other amenities you need. The room had no view but big sized windows and the tv only has Japanese channels with no english channels. So at times it was quite entertaining trying to figure out what was going on. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay when you want a decent sized room.

if you must stay at this hotel, do not stay in room 402, due to smell in room , very noisy . Hotel could only switch our room for the next 2 nites for 46,900 yen. so we went down the street to check $ on next hotel where we got a premium suite for only 33,000 yen. So we moved hotels maybe other rooms are better look in by the pictures in the annex but I know those better hotels. This is the third hotel we stayed in in Japan and the first two were amazing compared to this hotel but if you get it for a good price it may work for you

Small cooking unit and washer/dryer in room. Rain type shower. Bar across the street or in front stays open late. Noisy patrons may disturb sleep. I don’t mind. Reminds me that the city is alive and well. The hotel is an excellent stay in mid-town Tokyo. Short walking distance to Tokyo metro subway stations. I really enjoyed that a pianist provided a one hour concert in the lobby, on Saturday evening. Pianist is scheduled to perform for three Saturday shows. Small lobby, limited seats, but cozy. Free coffee and tea, 24 hours.

Really wonderful place. Outside the really busy areas like shibuya, but not hard to get to the subway and visit all those areas within 20-30 minutes max including walking time. Very close to a 7-11 and a ton of restaurants. The room is small, but that should be expected from Tokyo hotel rooms.

I was not impressed by this hotel. Our "Executive King" room felt like a budget motel room but the cost was definitely not budget - it cost more than the deluxe hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. This hotel is overdue for a major remodel and was not worth the cost!
