Nice and clean hotel, very near to narita airport. Have free shuttle bus every 20 min to and from narita airport T1 and T2.

This was the best hotel I stayed in while my stay in Japan. The room was really spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in while my vacation. The check in and check out time was so fast, it's so efficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Big plus, it has a Lawson convenience store in the lobby and a foreign exchange currency ATM machine as well. Overall, I had a good time during my stay at Nikko hotel Narita. Thank you!

We booked the Junior suite and it’s terribly dated. Looks like something out of the 80s. Bed is as hard as a rock despite them advertising it as soft with “active weave”, so didn’t sleep a wink and woke up with neck pain. It is close to the airport though so that’s a perk. Won’t stay here again though due to the dated rooms and horribly stiff beds.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay after landing at Narita Airport. The room was small, but clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had toiletries, pajamas and slippers. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic and filled our tummies before an all-day train trek to Sapporo. The hotel provided shuttle service from and to the airport (where the train station was also located).

Very convenient hotel as they have shuttle service from either Narita terminal 1 or 2. Service by staff was excellent. Room was comfortable but as it had access to the adjoining room you could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room.
Lots of restaurants in hotel including dining room with evening buffet, sushi restaurant which is not open On Tuesdays, coffee shop and top floor restaurant/bar.
Purchased the breakfast buffet option and the breakfast was excellent.
If you join the hotel membership club you get a discount on your meal purchases.
Surrounding area doesn't have much so not much do. There is a convenience store in the hotel.

Their shuttle service to the airport, the local transit station and to the mall make this hotel so worth it. Their dining options are middle of the road. Their breakfast buffet is worth it only if you enjoy rice in the morning.
