Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

We arrived tired and hungry, but the seafood buffet and regular Japanese food restaurant was full. It would have been helpful if front desk warned us about making a reservation during checkin. We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience.

Simple and easy accomodation to get to from Narita airport. The staff at check in were extremely friendly ans helpful and guided us to shuttle times for us to make our connecting flight the next day. We stayed in a japanese style family room so awesome (slightly warm couldnt get the air con to work) bathroom a bit older but overall such a clean, spotless and minamalistic living experience. We also added the breakfast which was great and easy to find and buffet style breakfast with an amazing variety :)

Buena ubicación, tiene shuttle bus desde/al aeropuerto qué es un autobús grande y visiblemente marcado. Personal eficiente, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Hay un Lawson cerca de la cafetería, muy conveniente. Amenidades standard. No había cafe en la habitación, solo bolsas de té. Hay maquina de refill de agua y hielos en pisos de habitaciones. Recomendable.
