Hotel Royal Classic Osaka

We stayed at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka for almost a week and the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining. The metro is directly connected to the hotel, which made getting around the city very simple. We took a day trip to Kyoto which took about 2 hours from the hotel. The hotel is close to everything, and the amenities were excellent. The staff truly provided us with five-star service—everyone was kind, respectful, and very welcoming. They even gave us a thoughtful departing gift since we stayed for several day! I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when we visit next year.

The hotel has very good location to shopping place and restaurants. It also has subway exit to the hotel as well. The staff is very helpful and polite. Our family really enjoy the place.

The hotel from top to bottom is amazing. It is spotless and most importantly, filled to the brim with the most courteous and welcoming people I’ve met along my 3-week stay. The hotel itself is very modern and minimalist and my room on the 19th floor was quite spacious. Incredible that everything in the minibar was free (not sure if that is because of the type of room I booked or not) and my views of Osaka from the room were incredible. Thank you to everyone from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. It is also very helpful there is a DIRECT entry to Namba station on the bottom floor. Tip: when returning it is easy to get turned around so just look for exit 12- this leads you right to the entry for the hotel. Also convenient is there is a Family Mart on the first floor. I never ate breakfast during my stay but I’m certain it is also fabulous. The location of this hotel is great. Again, near train stations, so many fantastic restaurants and lots of shopping! This made it easy to come back and drop off purchases and head right back out! Thank you for the incredible parting gift. I know exactly where I will stay again when I come back to Osaka. Btw Osaka was my favorite of the 4 cities I stayed in. Better than Tokyo in my opinion by leaps and bounds!

Had a great stay

1) 우메다역에서 가깝고 구름다리로 연결되어서 날씨에 상관없이 다닐 수 있어요. 2) 새로 생긴 호텔이라 시설이 깔끔하고 고급스러워요. 3) 직원들이 상냥합니다.

The room was perfect! Great view, incredible staff, perfect location. Not to mention a great breakfast buffet. This is where I will stay whenever in Osaka!

Love this hotel and it’s our 2nd time staying here. Great location right in the middle of dontonburi and shinsaibashi. Hotel basement leads directly to subway Rooms are big, clean and comfortable Big buffet spread and there’s new food items daily

This place was amazing. Great staff. Very helpful for everything and it was a great location. The only issue was trying to get cabs is very hard.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff truly made a difference with their kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Every interaction left me feeling valued and taken care of—it's rare to see such exceptional service. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On the third day, our fridge stopped working, but the team quickly stepped in to provide us with a new one. They even offered to replace the milk that had been frozen in the malfunctioning fridge. Keisuke Ueda San and especially Ago San made our experience truly memorable.

I was on the 14th floor, and it was a bit noisy from street traffic. I wish it were quieter. My only complaint was that the A/C kept resetting to 23°C, which made the room humid.
