Nice convenient place, needed a last second change but no issues here

Great location and availability to extend our check out was very convenient. Used uber to pick us up at the front door for airport departure. Luggage holding was also very helpful

Centrally located, with convenience stores, restaurants and underground station very close by. Rooms are clean and well maintained (or maybe just very new?) anyway, I can recommend this one.

For a solo traveller the room was small but functional. I wish the windows would open. Very modern hotel, breakfast buffet is delicious but there are cheaper options around the area. Staff didn’t reply to my msg thru Expedia but they are very helpful in person. It is in the heart of all the nightlife entertainment that Roppongi offers. I would rebook only if I could stay in a bigger room. The massage chair was dirty and it was the only really bad thing about my room. It just didn’t match with the rest of hotel’s excellence.

I liked the way everything was laid out and very convenient to train stations.

Love the place and the location

Perfect place and loved how clean it was. Stayed in several hotels during my time in Japan and this was by far the best hotel. Clean, nearby stations, bars and 711 you know that’s a must! Would stay here again if I come back.

Loved this place for solo travel, safe area, so much to do around but also quiet! Only issue was the room was a little hot, don't know if my AC was broken or not?

Very well located! Price for the area was good. Rooms are small but that is just the standard.

Clean, room size acceptable but definitely not spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good and not overly pricy. Not many places open in the early morning so it was helpful to have this available.

I don’t know why people rave about this hotel , except that is well located , next to Roppongi metro station . The room was not cleaned property , the red decorative blanket on the bed was dirty ( looked like vomit, yuk ) . Hotels should get rid of these, we all know they don’t washed between guests ! And don’t they’ll me the cleaning staff did not see that. They just placed it on the bed, dirty part down , thinking the next guest won’t see it ? Disgusting ! Also , one of the large towels had long , black hair in it . Yuk again. I went down to the reception and one of the gentleman there came to me to the room at my request , to remove the two items . He offered to give me another room, but by that time I had already unpacked and I was not going to redo the whole process all over again . I told him that I expect him to inform his manager about my findings and that I expect an apology from him, but nobody contacted me. This is how much they care about their clients 🤔.The chair in the room was dirty too and the bathroom had a foul smell . The room was extremely tiny, and it had no stand for your carry on to unpack. They need one of these, it can placed under the table. The check in & out were fast and efficient. The only plus was that they had more types of tea by reception ( none of the other hotels had anything but green tea), but no face cream or makeup remover like every other hotel had . I won’t stay here again, a clean hotel is a must for me and this was not clean .

Breakfast is here always delicious and features a good variety.

The pictures of the room online made it appear that these were larger rooms when they weren't. The double room was about the size you might have on a cruise ship which was ok for single occupants at the beginning of our trip. As two occupants, we had to upgrade to a larger room. The rooms were clean but the amenities were limited to what you picked out at the frontdesk. The breakfast was really good every day and we tried something new each time. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the location as Roppongi has a reputation however since we didnt stay out late, we didn't see anything that stood out but when we told locals what city we were staying in, it gave an impression. I would definitely stay at Remm again just maybe in another city.
