I wasn’t overly impressed. The rooms were in need of improvement. The entrance to this hotel is really confusing because it’s embedded into a shopping mall and metro station. There’s much nicer hotels in Osaka in this price range.

The hotel can be REALLY hard to find - we stayed for four nights and got confused every time.
I agree with all the positives in other reviews and want to add that I used the gym and indoor pool and both were fantastic.

Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays.
