The staff service is very satisfying, I had problems when ordering but the staff was very caring and helped me with my problem. Thank you very much. The location is fun, I also like the food at Iskander Express on the ground floor of the hotel. Close to the hospital and happy mart. Recommended!

The location is very close to Adventist Hospital… only a 15-minute casual walk to Gurney Plaza… The room is quite small but it is enough just to sleep… but the bathroom is quite spacious… The bus stop is only a few steps away… It is a nice place to stay to sleep…

I have stayed here 4 times, the 4th time for 4 days, and I still get a bad impression from the cleaning service during the day, so all this time my parents and I know that the hotel provides a kitchen for cooking, and my parents buy ingredients for cooking and also buy rice, and my parents asked the cleaning service if I can use a rice cooker, the answer is no, you can only cook using pots and pans, and plates, spoons can't be borrowed to bring to the room to eat, he said that guests consider the room as their own room, please make a note that you can't use kitchen utensils and rice cookers, and the last time I was scolded by the cleaning service during the day because my parents talked to a friend in front of the room loudly, it was my parents' fault because their loud voice disturbed other guests, my parents' ears were a little disturbed so they had to speak loudly, please make an announcement that you can't talk loudly in front of the room, so guests know and no longer talk in front of the room with friends, 2 times I got an unpleasant impression in 1 day, for the daytime staff, I don't know the name of the one in front, it's really friendly, polite, good.. this is not the last time I stay at this hotel, for later I will look for another hotel, thank you

The room was comfortable… It wasn't very big, but it was enough for two people. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was close to Penang Adventist Hospital, just a short walk away.

The location is strategic for Adventist Hospital, but the rooms are cramped. If you put your suitcases in, it's even more cramped. Twin beds on the first floor, with a pillar between the two beds, making it even more cramped.
