All guests are obliged to below Hotel Policy once your booking is confirmed. i. Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10.00 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This tax is not included in reservation and will be collected by hotel upon check-in / check-out. ====================================================================== ii. Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. ======================================================================iii. Hotel will be collecting MYR100.00 per room per night as security deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. ====================================================================== iv. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. ======================================================================v. v. Hotel The hotel may charge you an additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Smoking/vaping, durians, mangosteens, jackfruit, rambutans and pets are strictly prohibited within the hotel. A penalty of MYR 500 will be imposed for non-compliance
Please be informed that essential electrical maintenance required by TNB will take place on Monday, 21 December 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During this time, main power and air conditioning will be unavailable, electrical equipment or room amenities will operate with minimal standby generator support.
