Firstly, it takes more than 20mins to get my room key, secondly, the extra bed promised is not really a mattress it was a kinda like a thin bed comforter, thirdly, there's no heater for coffee, no hanger in the cupboard, the carpet in the room has stains all over it, next, it says before I purchase there's wifi, but there wasn't! Oh and lastly but the most annoying thing was the air conditioner sucks even in cooling mode, the room was hot. We ended up asking for a stand fan! The bathroom was small, the mirror got stains all over! Not recommended, unless if you're desperate. The only good thing was the shower set was awesome. Okay bye!

It was dusty, from the time we entered the front office, even more when we entered our room, sprayed air fresher, and wait for 20mnts, got itchy on all my skin, seems like no one ever stay in the room for such a long time. No wifi in the room, when I asked staff at front office, he simply said yes no wifi in the room, so we have to go down to the lobby and do our things there. no apologies, no nothing. Then, we decided to checked out, only after 30mnts we checked in. Still, staff doesn't say anything, doesn't care at all. I paid for 2 days, and stayed only for 30 minutes. what a shame.

Unfriendly staff. I ask to clean up my room but it was so late until I come back from hospital in afternoon the room was still messy. The wifi in first floor did not work you have to go down to enjoy wifi connection.

This hotel has some good and bad points. Good points are the location near lam wah ee hospital which is about 800 m still too far to walk but if you take grab just around 5 RM. Easy to find food around here but nonhalal... near to convenience store, laundry, drug store, KFC. Bad points are this hotel clearly need some maintenance but they don't seem to bother. The first room, the lamp is broken, and toilet difficult to flush, I complain and they give me a new room. The second room reading lamp is also broken, and both room has dumpy smell. the cupboard is also broken but they don't want to repair it. They just put some tissue to prevent the cupboard door from falling. There is no coffee or tea maker.
