Good hotel in a great area, Michelin star restaurant Sarde on the side, Plantasia, just great.

The Staff was AMAZING! Really enjoyed how helpful and communicative everyone was. As far as the property some renovations could be added. My room smelled like mold the 6 days I was there. It was not nice and often woke up in the night because of the smell. Overall great location and Staff at the hotel! Would book again if the place is renovated.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel me encanta el area muy tranquilo pero esta vez me tocó cuarto sin aire, solo un abanico, lo bueno fue que solo me hospedé una noche y no hizo mucho calor ese dia, pero de ahi en mas, todo excelente

Nice location

i had a fan in the room but i wish the air conditioning was working i d like to avoid having a room close to the housekeeping area when i will come back other than that it was fine the hotel room was clean i will come back

"The hotel is very nice and clean , the attention of the staff seemed very good and friendly to me, the doubts they solved were excellent. The room is small but the view and comfort is nice. I would give it 5 stars for the attention, cleanliness, view and comfort.

Even thought I booked (and paid more) for a room with air conditioning, I was so required to leave a deposit of 500$ pesos for the remote control to the a/c. While you can eventually get the money back at check out, that means you might have to exchange more money along the way to cover the

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal siempre fue amable, solo tuve algunos problemas con la cortina de la habitación pero el personal me ayudó a arreglarlo

We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and were directed by reception to Room 302, only to be told by a cleaner that the room wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait. Check in begins at 3:00 PM. Eventually, reception assigned us a different room, but when we got there, the door was already open, which felt unusual and concerning. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable: The bed frame was broken at both ends, with pieces lying on the floor. There were puddles of water next to the bed, along with long hairs on the floor and even on the shower wall. The sink counter also had a noticeable hole in it. To make matters worse, the room was advertised on Expedia as having air conditioning, which was a key reason we booked it...but it did not work. No remote or function to turn it on. We had booked this room simply to store our luggage, rest, and take a shower before our flight. However, given the state of the room and bathroom, we didn’t feel comfortable doing any of those things. We ended up leaving early and spending our time elsewhere until our flight. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend

The area was safe and the room was clean. I would like it more if they offered complimentary coffee and or hot water. Even a mini fridge would be nice in the room.

Clean room

The hotel is not a place that you should stay for more than one night. I’m glad that I only did one night. Floor is very dirty, WiFi spotty. Have to leave your ID in order to get the AC remote. There were flies in my room. I had no food or refrigerator to even store food. So I’m not sure why there were flies. Overall, poor place to stay.

Easy access to a lot of things around town. Great staff, a little dated but super affordable.

Our stay at the Embassy was highly satisfactory. It is indeed an excellent establishment.

Staff tried to change me to a room with no air conditioner, even when I booked a room with air conditioner and didn’t want to make any refund for the inconvenience.

Kind staff. The check out is at 12:00pm. Area is safe. Highly recommended!
