Lovely stay, wellness room was amazing a lovely treat for my birthday, staff was amazing only downside was jucuzzi jets kept going off 2 hours after use and would give us a heart attack, room was lovely

Room was spotless but the service was a bit odd. When I was checking in the manager was on the phone yelling in the middle of the lobby making the process annoying. The concierge was not helpful.
