My stay at Dusit Thani Manila was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to several major malls and just a short walk to the MRT. It’s also a reasonable drive from the airport through the skyway, which makes travel easy. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the staff were always helpful and courteous. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which added to the comfort. Overall, a great experience and a place I’d happily return to.

We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

Room cleaning service was bad. Forget to replace hair towel. Did not consume anything from mini bar but was charge for a few items that disappeared from the room. I was the only person staying there for work. Only person came in was house keeping. Charges were waived when I protest at checkout. Very unhappy

The club lounge reception was friendly enough. No wel come drinks offered to us (we were so used to having a special drink, we are frequent guests of Dusit since 2010). The room was very clean, but there were no towels, and there was only 1 drunking glass available. The room where we stayed was getting a little old. Being on the 21st floor we could hear the traffic noise, insulation was not really fantastic. The food at the club lounge was excellent and the waiting staff were fantastic. But there were occasions that we have to wait longer than usual.

We stayed 2 nights and found the service exceptional. The rooms were clean and large enough for us to be comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and would highly recommend at least once during your stay. The only drawback was that much of their gym equipment was not working which limited our options

The hotel is centrally located and you are able to walk everywhere, no need for taxis. Hotel rooms are clean, the bed was heaven and the staff are excellent, AC was a bit noisy and toilet would not stop flushing however they did upgrade me as I was staying a week. The hotel and area were safe. I did ask for a metered taxi and instead had to wait for a grab which was 4 times more than a taxi, i never did that again. I did enjoy the pooI and would recommend this hotel
