I really enjoyed my 3D2N stay here. I was looking for a quiet getaway so I was avoiding town areas hotel, and this hotel is perfect as it is surrounded with greenery, and away from crowds. Yet, it is just a short 10 minutes walk to Plaza Sing mall. The Deluxe room is huge, the bathtub was really comfy as well. I really like that the room comes with a bluetooth speaker, I could play music and soak in the tub. The TV was meh, not much channels to watch and not a smart TV. There are two pools, both were clean but the benches are worn out. The hotel can be a little old, but overall it is beautiful especially at night and it is well maintained. Customer service can be improved as they are not the most responsive, I had to call several times before someone pick up in the morning/afternoon. The breakfast was yummy, with a decent variety. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, away-from-city kind of vibe.

This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.

Hotel location near Orchard Road is convenient for a stroll to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼
