Second time staying here. Great room, great service, wonderful stay. 10/10 would recommend for all. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the additional money. Requested for two orange juice to go as we were too full and wanted to drink it later. However, was declined as the staff mentioned that since we chose to dine in, we are not allowed to opt for takeaway.

My stay was great. The room was nice, had a great bathtub and an good sized bed! Although I waited for the pool for 1.5 hours (it could be more organized!) it didn’t affect my experience!

The place in clean and centrally located. What I don't like, they fo nit provide paper towels in the kitchen to wipe and clean. We had to go to thegrocery stire to purchase paper towels. They alsp only provide the soap for washer and diswasher for the the 2 uses. After that we have to purchase them at the grocery store

Loved staying here. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Easy walking to the Gardens by the Bay & the Marina Sands Hotel complex. Hop on hop off bus stop just scrip the road.

Loved the size of the room and very comfortable beds.
Was disappointed about the maintenance of the room. For example, the walls and furniture looked old and dirty. Our outside terrace was gross, dirty and old, definitely not maintained at all.
Customer service was below avg with the exception of Kumar who was very good and helped with the laundry machine and outlet panel which fell off the wall.

A lovely property in an excellent location. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Marina bay Sands shops, as well as to the Merlion, Clarks Quay and china town. It is only a 5 minute walk to the blue and red MRT lines. The staff and facilities were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Singapore.

We only stayed for one night. We booked the base grade room but were given an upgrade. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including universal power points. The breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Excellent choice for both financial district and Marina Bay within easy walking distance. Rooms are spacious (for the price, compared with staying in Orchard area) and had a washer-dryer which is great for longer stays. Trains station entrance just outside hotel (covered walkway) with direct train to Orchard and Bugis. Nice food nearby at Lau Pa Sat, Marina Link Mall and Basement at Hong Leong. Overall convenient location.

The room was very nice and well appointed. However, the refrigerator was beeping and we reported it to the desk and went out for the evening. When we returned hours later it was still beeping and continued so through the night. It was very annoying!
