Our stay in Madrid was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, close to everything yet still quiet enough to feel relaxing. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed. The bathroom was especially lovely—modern, stylish, and clearly well maintained. Everything felt fresh and carefully looked after, which made it easy to settle in right away. Check-in and check-out were seamless, quick, and stress-free. No waiting around, no confusion—just efficient, professional service. Overall, it was a beautiful stay that combined comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance. I’d happily return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Me gusto mucho el hotel esta muy centrico cerca de todo caminando gran via, plaza Mayor, tiendas como Zara, Corte ingles. El desayuno muy rico y saludable. La atención en recepción excelente siempre dándonos ayuda y buenas sugerencias.

Great little place for a couple nights. Great location. Would be nice to have coffee in the rooms. You have to wait until 8am for the cafe to open next door or run to Starbucks up the road at 7am.

Excellent location although difficult to find and require walking to reach it being in the no traffic zone. Easy walking to most places. It should not be classified as a hotel per se- it’s just a room with bathroom facilities and an open place to hang clothes. No tea/coffee maker, only 2 plastic glasses in the room.

Lovely room, the balcony is a great addition. Very comfortable! Check-in was efficient and to my delight I was able to get into my room sooner than expected. Staff were very friendly and informative. Location is very central and easy to get around. I'd highly recommend the hotel but I unfortunately did not rate the restaurant. My food was undercooked, I was charged with a very small discount for a meal I did not eat, it was disappointing as the hotel is fantastic.
