There is nothing wrong with the place or staff. Cery well maintained, clean. Only one problem communication .

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

I stayed at theUranus Hotel and overall, everything was good. The room was clean and the hotel was well-maintained. However, I found the pillows to be too heavy and uncomfortable, which made it hard for me to sleep. I hope they consider offering different pillow options for better comfort.

Great hotel

Very beautiful hotel, with many services, sauna, steam room, Hamam, spa, work out and exercise room, super friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, eating and restaurant open 24/7, close to train and bus stations.

Outside of the hotel is full of constructions sites so mud and dirt everywhere outside of the hotel's door. The hotel is nice and has breakfast buffet. My staying was nice at the beginning, the room service was nice, the front desk staff are very useful and friendly, although the bar and restaurant staff don't speak English at all so it was hard to ask even for simple things. The last day of my staying was awful. They accepted guests to get a very late check-in at 3:30am and those guests were next to my room, extremely noisy and they were trying to open the door diving my room from theirs for hours, it was very uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep at all that night and I felt very unsafe. I brought it up to the manager the next morning and she didn't offer me any solution but said sorry and she hoped I would come back again, that tainted my whole experience there, I don't think I would come back if I have to be honest.

It’s a good place, little overpriced for consumption of beverages and food.

The hotel was good overall but the staff was not up to par! Reception especially, during check out when we told them we didn't use the mini bar they didn't believe us and went to check and let us go! This is a shame for them!!!

In general it was good trip and all matters was good specially their staff were very kind and helpful and friendly,

All the rooms are smoked in. Food is ridiculously expensive. Actually they charge above the menu price.
