O hotel nao dispõe de tudo que é oferecido. Na chegada não tem carregador de mala e nem na saida. O quarto não oferece a cama que é descrita no anuncio, pois nos ofereceram 2 camas queen ou 1 cama king e quando chegamos no quarto havia 2 camas de viuvo. A internet cai o tempo todo. A Boate Ovo que tem no Hotel nao estava funcionando. Reclamamos na recepção sobre o quarto e a boate e eles ignoraram. Ficamos decepcionados. Esperávamos um Hotel Classe A e no maximo que damos é nota 6.

Muito bom hotel, porem devido ao dólar os valores de restaurantes e serviços de hotel estão muito caros. Uma água de 500ml 28,00, uma salada ceasar 180,00 sem contar os serviços de garçons
