Super central location, reasonable price, near locations such as night market, Hoan Kiem lake, Ta Hien, etc. Receptionist and security staff are enthusiastic, friendly and thoughtful. Although the room is not big, it is clean - sleep well. The only thing I like is that the toilet in my room drains slowly on the floor. After washing my face/bathing, the water is all over the floor. After going out for half an afternoon, the floor is still wet, it looks dirty. The solution is to fix the glass in the dry area & shower area + put a super absorbent mat in front of the toilet door (and change it every day) to fix the problem. This is easy, I hope the hotel reads this comment and will soon adjust so you can have a better experience.

The reception lady and the bellboy who welcomed us were quite friendly, but the rest of the staff were just so-so. The hotel has a very good location in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room size was decent and clean. It's an okay place to stay if you plan to go shopping all day. Thank you Keypad Hotel.

I rented 2 Sup rooms here, the quality of the rooms is completely different. 1 room on the 4th floor is quite ok, the room on the 5th floor is very bad, the room is narrow, the toilet door cannot be locked, the main room door is very difficult to open, the closet is dirty. When checking in, my family had a lot of luggage, my brother opened the hotel door and asked the receptionist to help push the luggage, but the male receptionist at that time was still sitting in one place, called twice but still did not come out. The next day when checking out, the female receptionist was quite cute. The motorbike rental service at the hotel is quite expensive. My family was quite disappointed here.

Service and room are okay. The minus point is that on the day of check out, while it was not yet time to check out (about 5-6 am), the hotel's male staff arbitrarily knocked on the door and used the spare key to open the door himself. Luckily, I had the latch on the side. inside, but I'm a woman and when a male employee enters the room without consent, it's very unsafe. Hope the hotel reconsiders this issue.

However, Keypad still wants to correct the above information - Having stained sheets or blankets is undesirable and the hotel wanted to notify you, but you returned late (after 11pm), so Keypad could not notify you right away at the time of the incident. - When Keypad reported the problem on the second day of her stay, Ms. Linh refused to accept it because her clothes were dirty on the sheets. It wasn't until the second set of sheets was dirty that she accepted them. Keypad is sure to always want to bring customers the best experience and the Keypad brand is reputable, so we will not lie or intentionally cause incidents that cause damage to customers. Any customer always wants new and clean services and equipment. I booked a soup room. Room area is quite narrow, difficult to move, minibar and bathroom amenities, full TV. Friendly polite staff. The minus point is that the hotel's floor is covered with plastic to simulate wooden floors, which I find quite dirty. In the old town, if you can book at a sale price, it's ok, but the real price is high compared to the room quality
