We are traveling in a group of 4. We arrived around 8 PM after moving from another city. The front desk staff, Mr. Duong, is super helpful and very considerate. He gave us a recommendation for a dinner restaurant around the hotel by pointing out the map. Also, he brought our luggage to our front door. We asked for a late check-out, and they accommodated us with no hassle. The room with a balcony was clean and spacious. They also provide a laundry service with an affordable price. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family at New Life Hotel. The location is convenient, near Phuong Trang bus station, the Buffet Rau restaurant and the grilled restaurant are very delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

About the location: The hotel is located right in the center of Dalat but still retains the peacefulness of the countryside with a mini pine forest in front. Just a few steps away is Xuan Huong Lake – the heart of the city, the most romantic and beautiful place in Dalat. About the facilities: Everything is meticulously cared for, from the clean, comfortable bedrooms to the cozy, polite dining room. Here, I feel like home – friendly, warm and pleasant. About the staff: The service team is very enthusiastic and attentive, making me feel very welcome and cared for. About the service: Although it is a 3-star hotel, Lumina far exceeds expectations. The breakfast is simple but nutritious enough to start a new day full of energy for the journey to explore Dalat. In particular, Emily Spa: One of the great highlights at Lumina is Emily Spa. After a long day of exploring Da Lat, we were completely relaxed with body massage, hair washing, and foot massage services. The staff were very dedicated, professional, giving us moments of relaxation and comfort to recharge our energy for the new day. Finally, I would like to send my sincere thanks to the hotel owner for bringing a wonderful experience beyond expectations. Lumina is not only a place to stay but also an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy Da Lat with their family, and Emily Spa is definitely a place you should not miss.

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed-water indoor. There is also a children's playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff—you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric—you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor's stay is very comfortable. Hong Mon Villa

A hotel worth trying if you come to Da Lat with your family! The staff here is super enthusiastic, lovely and friendly. I was supported to check in early at 10am. Although the breakfast menu here has few dishes, all are delicious and of good quality. The staff also helped me to film the food and lent me dishes when I ordered food to my room. The rooms are clean, with a nice view of the street. One thing I really like is that the room is quite soundproof.

La Vie En Rose Hotel

Highly recommend for who loves rose, pretty view and kind staffs, breakfast also is so delicious though we used a standard room. Love this hotel. We will come back when returning to Da Lat.
