The hotel staff (parking attendants, receptionists, and room service) were always polite, informative, and smiling. The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well.
