A new hotel with an attractive price, including breakfast. Conveniently located near the airport, there's a free shuttle service at certain times. The amenities are very helpful for airport access. The room was clean and all amenities worked well. Wi-Fi was good and the hot water was available.

The staff was friendly, and when I went there, there was a free airport drop-off promotion, and it was indeed free, even though I was the only one with a 5 a.m. departure time. I was still delivered on time with excellent service. Thank you, Quadrant. I was traveling from Java to Medan for work and chose to stay at Quadrant because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service.

The room is quite enough for two person, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is working well. What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.

The security was helpful every time we parked the car. The food, especially lontong Medan, was delicious. If there is cereal, having it with milk would be best. Water dispensers around the room were some of the best. Please maintain your hospitality; thank you for the service!

d'primahotel Kualanamu Airport Medan
We are very grateful to D'primahotel and its staff. When we checked in, the staff upgraded us to a free deluxe suite. I like the comfort and the way the room was made. We got free access to the swimming pool and the food was good. The Christmas decoration was also very appealing.

Easy check in as always, very tiny room, no other amenities except toothbrush, centralize Air Conditioner so you can't adjust the room temperature. recommend only for short stay / transit, 1 KM from Kualanamu Airport.
