I stayed here on a short weekend trip and was simply pleased by the hotel and the services it provided. The staff were super friendly and really helpful when asked for something, they were simply accommodating. The view from the room and the hotel was also magnificent! It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Will definitely come back <3

We had 2 connecting rooms. The rooms are large and very comfy. Each room also had a balcony. The food for breakfast has so many variations. The hotel location is also very strategic, opposite of Ah Poong and not very far from the highway to Jakarta. Overall, we love our stay and would definitely go back again.

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Sentul because there was an event at SICC, and this was a great choice! The location is literally just across the street, super practical and saves time. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The facilities are okay, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after the event. The breakfast is delicious and complete too. Overall very satisfied, highly recommended if there is an event at SICC! 🍊🏨✨

First time here for my hubby’s birthday. I requested a slice of cake with a birthday message when booking then we got an additional message on the mirror and the cake arrived shortly after we checked in 🩵 I asked for a pool access room and it was truly convenient for us, as our children love swimming back and forth 😅 And also, out room close to the gym, so my husband could work out in the evenings. The food at the restaurant was varied and very kids friendly. We really enjoy our dinner and breakfast 😋 What we especially liked was the abundance of kids and family activities. Fishing, duck feeding, rabbit feeding, horse riding, playground, rletc. They were all free. We'll definitely be back again 🥰
