For on a budget traveller and wants a place to put his head to sleep, it's more than enough. The room & bathroom is clean. They provide basic amenities of towel, toothpaste n brush, bottled water. Hot water can be obtained at the common filtered water place. I requested for iron and it was sent within 10 minutes with the board. Also got late check out until 1 pm without further payments. Breakfast spread was okay & enough to fill d tummy for a day out. I love the daily ginger tea. Staff was gracious. Location was great for me as shopper. The hotel is above the Thamrin City Mall with many local vendors selling local product of clothes etc. It's walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. For a mere rupiah, Grab took me to Sarinah Mall and Djkarta Theater XXI (cinema) about 2km away.

The staff is very very kind, friendly, full of smile and helpful. The service is one of the best. Hotel is located between 2 big mall, GI and PI, Very clean, big room. Our stay was very satisfying. Also we felt very safe, because we came when there was a demonstration, but a lot of security guard standby every day n night. Thank you Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.

Amazing location, close to Sarinah, busway, Museum Nasional, and Galeri Nasional. Very artsy hotel, been staying at this artotel for many times, and will come again soon.

Smart Hotel Thamrin is nice small hotel, very close to Sudirman Business District Centre, just about 2km away. The hotel is clean, cheap, and with restaurant of American style.

The room was spacious, everything was clean from floor to bathrooms. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and well-maintained. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

It's our 3rd time staying here, we stayed at grand deluxe room. Front desk staff at the check in and check out process were very efficient and nice. I asked for the birthday decoration in the room for my daughter at check in time (last minute) and she was so kind to follow it up. The room is still spacious with extra bed, very clean and comfortable. Many choices of breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Overall is excellent

Great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The gym, sauna, steamroom, and cold plunge are the best in Jakarta.
