The location is strategic, I stayed here because I wanted to go to Prigen Safari Park, it's quite close, 30 minutes to get there via Jalan Alt, the location is good for healing, cool, lots of culinary delights in front of the hotel such as satay, grilled corn, drinks. The room is spacious, clean, the bathroom is clean with a bathtub and hairdryer, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious.. overall it's recommended for family healing.. next time I have a chance to stay here again.. 👍

The lobby is spacious, cool, the building is nice, the exterior and interior are okay. Spacious parking. The place is comfortable, clean, the breakfast menu is varied and the taste is also delicious. There is a swimming pool and gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend the best hotel in the Madura area, Azana Style Pamekasan. The room facilities are good, clean, everything is complete, the bathroom accessories are also complete, there is even a hair shower cup, wow, this is the first time I've found that. The location is close to Tunjungan, you can even walk to it, the staff is friendly, and you can check in 1 hour early. If I go to Surabaya again, I will probably come here again😍

I booked a standard room with a check-in request of 12:00 PM and check-out at 8:00 AM on the app. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the friendly and smiling staff were ready to accommodate my request, even giving me a free room upgrade, getting room 219. The room was spacious (probably around 20 to 24 m2), clean and fragrant, with cool AC, complete amenities including a water heater for coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with clean towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. The room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the sound of the pool in the middle made it even cooler and more comfortable. There was ample parking and the staff were also prompt. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything even on foot. Excellent service and a recommended hotel in the center of Malang.

Beyond expectations, it turns out that the cheapest room type, the standard twin, is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the room is clean, the bedsheets smell good, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works normally, the toilet is clean, the TV can have various channels, the room is small but comfortable, the carpeted floor makes the room warm with the AC coldness that can be adjusted on the panel next to the door... Overall, I am very satisfied staying here, and will stay there again when visiting Surabaya, keep up the good work...

Honestly, my husband and I just randomly found this resort. Surprisingly, it lived up to our expectations. Absolutely top-notch. The ambiance, the rooms, and the hotel staff were all great. It was truly an unforgettable honeymoon experience. We also got a free BBQ from the hotel, and we were so happy to experience it right in front of our tent. I highly recommend you guys to come here. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
