Very strategic location, just across from the Disney Resort Line's Bayside monorail station. To get to that monorail station, we can either walk or use the shuttle bus. Next, buy a ticket on the Disney Resort Line to get to Disneyland, DisneySea, or Maihama JR station. There is a Lawson convenience store and a Yamato luggage delivery service counter on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. For those coming from the airport, you can take the airport limousine bus and get off at the hotel lobby, which is very practical and comfortable.

a pleasant stay experience, just walking distance to tokyo disneyland. The room is spacious and for 4 people can sleep comfortably in each bed.. The service is very good and the room is always cleaned and you get 4 bottles of drinking water.. very satisfied staying at this hotel.

The location is great. Very close to train station, Aeon, and Atre. Service is amazing. I got 1,000 yen discount coupon too to use to redeem for in-house meal. They have this Tirtoir room for us to pick our own hotel amenities, free refill. There’s a free shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea and back to the hotel as well. Hotel stuff is friendly and informative.

It was a great addition to our Disney trips. Stayed 3 nights in the triple room which is comfortable for 2 pax and our luggages. Room was comfortable and amenities are adequate. Staff are friendly and speak English well. Best is the shuttle service that takes us to and fro Disneyland. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, I stayed 4 nights with my family (4 people). The place is clean, all you need for cooking is right there. Near the Kasai Station, 5 minutes walking to bus and train. I will recommend this apartment for your vacation with your family and I'm sure will stay again in this apartment if I go to Tokyo next vacation.

The hotel is situated right opposite the Shiomi station, and it's a stone throw away. There are a few eateries that open till late and one that offers cheap meals 24/7. A large supermarket is on the other side of the train station where you can buy local groceries and some cooked food too. Train ride to Tokyo station or Maihama station is approx. 15 mins both direction. Room is comfy and clean. Very family friendly, and front desk staff gave us a warm welcome. They speak a number of languages too! Due to the distance with the station, remember to close your curtains! :)

The hotel is close to the bus station and Kasai train station. The room is very clean, like new. We didn't buy the breakfast, but wine and beer are available at night and free of charge. 👍 Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is a little bit narrow but comfy. The shower is really strong. Family friendly hotel close to disneyland, disneysea there is a shuttle bus and pick up again for the room is big can accommodate 4 adults, very clean and comfortable basically the best hotel we stayed in is this hotel we were five and took 2 rooms. In the lobby there is a lawson and near the hotel there is a 24-hour coin laundry that dries immediately and folds without ironing.
