Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.

The staff is very friendly, the Christmas decorations are very interesting for photos. The price of Hilton in my opinion is still affordable with very good specs. Most likely I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur again.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

We stayed at M Resort & Hotel KL for a short family staycation, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super clean. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. My family especially loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious food. The overall vibe felt calm and exclusive, even though it’s just a short drive from the city.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was next door, KLCC and Bukit Bintang connected on the walkway as well. The room was also clean and well maintained. Would love to stay here again!

The Alfa Bangsar by City Keys
Alfa Bangsar by Citykeys is in the same building as Holiday Inn. Check-in is very easy, just go to the apartment lobby. Spacious room. There is a big TV, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, and cutlery. All are very clean. Wi-Fi speed up to 200 Mbps. The distance to the LRT is also close, about 8 minutes walk. Car parking is also free.
