The complementary buffet breakfast was superb with a good variety of local and western food. Will certainly stay there again for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Swimming pool just okay with a nice ambiance. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Good and fast service. All here are in perfection. I love my choice for Mandarin Oriental KLCC.

Always stay here because of the friendliness of all the staff who are very helpful in checking in and also at any time they can be helped to be taken to the bus to the airport, the room is clean and the toiletries are complete with toothbrushes, highly recommend this hotel besides the location is very strategic for me who brings parents with limitations to walk long distances because the access is very easy and very close to the mall and MRT.
