Hotels in Orchard

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Love this hotel. Everything [is] good, [the] room [is] spacious, staff [are] very friendly and helpful. And there is a water filter in every room, [so guests] can refill water anytime without [using a] plastic bottle. This is my second stay, and [I] will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The staff, Ms. Shirley, was very kind! She allowed us for early check-in as Singapore was soo hot. She said, "You need AC." Thanks, Chancellor Orchard! Wonderful stay!!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed. It was very helpful. I really appreciated it. Good experience. Thank you🙏🥰

The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. Although minimalist, it's adequate for a small family (maximum 3 people). It's also centrally located, making it very easy to get around. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Orchard Road, with the mosque just across the street, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day out. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the morning well. Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and a pleasant stay in one of Singapore’s most vibrant areas.

I love staying in Jen Hotel because of the location and the cleanliness of the room. Would love to stay there again when visiting Singapore in the future.
