Here’s how you can check it:

1. Open your flight e-ticket via the Traveloka app or website. Scroll down to find and tap the Refund section. 

Please note that the refund estimation is calculated from the ticket’s base fare and has been deducted with any refund fees. The availability of the refund reasons and the refund method are subject to the airline’s policy.
