1Go to your Traveloka App homepage, tap My Booking. Choose the flight you want to reschedule. Under the Manage Booking section, tap Reschedule. Tap Policy to read the Traveloka Easy Reschedule policy. Once you have done this, close the window and tap Request Reschedule. Tick the flight and passenger name and tap Continue.

2Read the Traveloka Easy Reschedule Policy, then tick I agree to the Reschedule Policy. Tap Continue. Your original flight will not be changed until you have completed the payment.

3Fill in your origin, destination, date of travel, and seat class, then tap Search. Choose a flight that suits your preference.

4Review your selected new flight, tap Continue. Review the Price under Price Details, then tap Continue.

If the price of your new flight is higher than your original flight, you will be charged the difference.

After completing the Easy Reschedule submission, within 30 - 60 minutes, the system will notify you via your registered email and your Easy Reschedule about the payment and payment limit time that needs to be paid.

5Tap Continue to Payment to proceed.

If you do not continue the payment as notified or cancel your reschedule request, your ticket will remain the same according to the actual schedule before making the reschedule request.

6After your Easy Reschedule process is completed (approximately within 60 minutes after your payment is confirmed), the new e-ticket can be viewed in My Booking and also will be sent to your registered email.

1Open your e-ticket

Go to My Booking in your Traveloka App, then open the e-ticket of the desired flight. Tap Refund & Reschedule tab at the top then select Reschedule.

2Select Request Reschedule

Tap on Request Reschedule to begin the process.

3Click on Reschedule, Choose a new flight schedule,and Fill in your reschedule details

Select the flight and passenger(s) you want to reschedule. Then, select your reschedule type and tap on Continue.

4Choose Your New Flight

Search for a new flight by filling the details, select the flight you want then continue.

5Proceed with payment

If you do not continue the payment as notified or cancel your reschedule request, your ticket will remain the same according to the actual schedule before making the reschedule request.

6Receive Your New E-ticket

After your Easy Reschedule process is completed (approximately within 60 minutes after your payment is confirmed), the new e-ticket can be viewed in My Booking and also will be sent to your registered email.
