Had a really great short stay, cannot fault the hotel or staff. Good location for central Leeds, although perhaps a little too good - the noise from a nightclub two streets over could be heard in the room until the early hours.

Facility and staff and the restaurant, as well as the bar are excellent, especially clean and tidy. highly recommended, too bad it doesn't have a pool.

Room was not cleaned until 3.45. Could not get through to housekeeping, so went to reception desk where I was told the delay was due to guests checking in/out. What about the paying guests who were still in residence? Also the chairs in the bar and restaurants need deep cleaning or replacing as badly stained.

What a lovely lady on reception greeted us & checked us in. The staff in the bar & restaurant were all very friendly & helpful. It's a great way to end a day of retail therapy with a cold beer or a cocktail, or two! In the ambient surroundings of the bar. The hotel is so handy for the city centre as well.
