ITC Hotel

What a strange room. There was a window up at the top of one wall and the window was left open and there was no way to reach it to close it because it was too high. People outside could actually see down into my room. I didn't realize this until I got out of the show and was standing naked next to the bed. Great. The bathroom access was down three steps. Yes, it was in the room but really strange to walk down three steps to access the toilet and shower. It was cave-like. I hit my head on the wall trying to sit down on the toilet because the room was that small. The room was NOT connected to the hotel. It was across the street (across a canal). People walking in and out of the building at all hours of the night. The floors creeked. Tiny little room - No place to put my (small) suitcase or carry on bag. Yes, there was a desk, but it was about the size of large suitcase. The sink was in the room, NOT the bathroom and there was almost not counter space at all. Nowhere to place toiletries. Would NOT recommend this place - not even at the price. Pay more and get what you expect.

Customer service at reception was great. Staff were helpful. Unfortunately the single room was in another building on the other side of the road, not in the main hotel, and it was very cramped. I also got bitten by a mosquito in 6 different areas including my face, which caused it to swell up 24 hours later. Aside from the location in the city centre, which itself is great, there is nothing much positive to say about this hotel. It's more like a hostel and i would rate it a 2* at best.

Good location accessibility but room is not clean. Previous guest garbage are left behind and dirt and left over trash under the bed. Area is so noisy, you have to open your windows to have air and you will hear screaming outside from neighbouring restaurants. Building needs fixing.

I could not have expected more for this highly affordable lodging in a safe & central location. I booked a double/twin share room so I could share with my niece who lives in Den Haag and, ahead of flying home. All staff were highly couteous & extremely helpful. Very happy & grateful.

Bed was very comfortable, this property was very centrally located. Easily walked to anything we wanted to see. It was the perfect location to be staying at. Room and bathroom was very small, there were no towel racks in the bathroom for towels. Not very soundproof as we could hear noise from other guests. But overall, we had a very pleasant day.

Was not the most luxurious hotel but for the location and the price you can’t beat it. Perfect for 3 broke uni students like me and my mates

WiFi unusable - literally. No heater in room - freezing. Room in different building than advertised - charm in ad completely missing. Lobby coffee (instant!) @ $2.50 each - seriously? Non-free gas station coffee in a hotel lobby? What a disappointing stay.

The room especially the shower room was filthy. It seemed that it is not being cleaned thoroughly after every stay. Aside from that there was a foul smell coming out of the drain. The price is cheap but the cleanliness should not be compromised. I will not book in the said hotel again.

The room was clean and tidy with a lovely although compact shower room. The shower was fine the toilet very close to glass partition. The sink very small which made filling kettle very difficult. The room had a small window and no view only of internal roofs. This isn't told to you in the original advert for a single room. So please note single rooms have no view. My fly screen was broken which ment the room was plagued with mosquittos that bit me during the night. Free tea but no coffee provided tea was available from the main reception, paper cups not the best to drink hot drinks out of. Nice area in Amstal regeion with close bars shops supermarket and canal.

The room was very small, no window, and very tiny bathroom with no air circulations. Would not recommend it.

Boutigue nice hotel convince to public transportation good for backpacker the reception hour is 7am to 12:00 pm if you need something at night from the vending machine like water or some beer. You ‘re out of luck! No refriferator.

It's 7:30am making my check out, Susy (my apologies if its not the correct spelling on his name) i just lef the key with, i just want to confirm chech out has been done. For all facilities, location, stafff was a lovely experience, highly recommended
