This property was amazing. Three great restaurants. The roof top bar and pool was beautiful. There was music at night. The buffet breakfast was great with lots items to choose from and eggs made to order. Room was huge. We had a view of the water which was just a few blocks away.

Staff is not well trained. They provided misinformation about the check out time and room upgrades. I was locked out multiple times and had to run to the front desk to get it addressed. Hotel is new and very clean and in a convenient location.

I travel with teenagers daughter and all i wanted was the rooms on the same floor i have e mail the hotel 2 weeks prior to my arrival and they charge me extra for an up grate that was not an upgrade that’s not far also the Texi from the hotel went from a big price to 1/2 price when i didn’t agree the 1st time the desc personal is try to scam you on everything the rest of the hotel was nice and the restaurant wear very good but i would never go back

Friendly personnel & convenient location. 27 Tapas is the hit.
One thing to bring up - not sure if it’s supposed to be that way at Souma hotel - when we had breakfast, nobody took away our used plates until we asked one of the passing by personnel to help us with that… Being the world traveller I thought I’d been familiar with the way a buffet breakfast works. Apparently, not enough.

Fabulous hotel. Might say the best I have stayed at. Beds are unbelievably comfortable. Only problem was getting streaming to work with their proprietary hotel system. Loved our stay.

The location of the hotel is nice. The two restaurants are really the highlight of this property. The internet is absolute sh** and I couldn't attend a few work meetings because of poor internet. I also felt that the staff needs better training on how to handle issues at this hotel and how to ensure the guests needs are met.

My partner and I had an incredible time at Souma, it is the perfect location to explore Miraflores! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable and the food was delicious. We ate at the hotel and indulged in room service (which is 24/7) multiple times.

Everything was okay, except for the lady sitting behind the desk near the gym door. When I asked her a question, she responded in a disrespectful way—almost like she hates her job and was answering me with forced attitude. Imagine if someone wants to spend thousands for a week-long stay here and gets treated like that!
On the other hand, the guys at reception were great—cool and respectful. When we arrived, they welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and offered us drinks with a smile.
I came to your hotel to do a complimentary videography project for Expedia with my cost. I’m making a video of your hotel for free, which helps people around the world see what your hotel really looks like—not just photos on the Expedia website.

The beds were great. Quality sheets and clean rooms. I liked their filtered water system because then you could get as much as you wanted. The coffee machine in the room was good too. The restaurant on the roof had great food and view. Perfect. The breakfast was also very good and I would recommend. I have traveled a lot and I would highly recommend this hotel.
