The place is nice, I've stayed here twice every time I've been to Medan. The food is delicious, but perhaps the variety of food could be increased, because I stayed for several days, the breakfast menu was almost the same as the previous days.

The signal in the room was terrible.
The Wi-Fi was the same.
After staying there for 5 days, breakfast kept running out even though it was only 7:00 AM. Food was refilled very slowly, and there were only a few staff members. I was really disappointed because I only ate at the restaurant for 5 days and only got coffee. The food selection was very limited, even though it's a 4-star hotel. So, out of 5 days of breakfast at the restaurant, I only ate GoFood for 2 days and the rest.

They reduced the number of towels starting on the second day, I don't know why. The balcony was not swept or mopped, it was very dirty. Breakfast was also lacking in taste. The AC was not cold.

The swimming pool facilities are good and very fun for the grandchildren to swim in, you can eat while doing so because it is right next to the restaurant for breakfast.

The signal in the room was terrible.
The Wi-Fi was the same.
After staying there for 5 days, breakfast kept running out even though it was only 7:00 AM. Food was refilled very slowly, and there were only a few staff members. I was really disappointed because I only ate at the restaurant for 5 days and only got coffee. The food selection was very limited, even though it's a 4-star hotel. So, out of 5 days of breakfast at the restaurant, I only ate GoFood for 2 days and the rest.

Stayed 3 nights, but amenities and mineral water were not added every day. Bed sheets were only cleaned, not changed every day. They reduced the number of towels starting on the second day, I don't know why. The balcony was not swept or mopped, it was very dirty. Breakfast was also lacking in taste. The AC was not cold.
