Check-in time was a bit slow, possibly due to the high season. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. HK staff were responsive and very helpful when my room key card was problematic. This hotel is recommended for a vacation in Bandung.

The room itself was nice, but that might be just my family, or maybe it's just for others. The bathroom has a section of frosted glass that can be seen from outside. Even for a family, it's still not ideal for those of us with older children. We think there should at least be a curtain if you want to close it, so you have the option to open or close it. The room isn't soundproof from outside, as we heard sounds like someone jumping up and down from either the side or the top of the room. But for other reasons than that, we think it's fine.
