The staff is good, there is only 1 male staff at the reception who is unpleasant, just laughing in front of guests because of small mistakes, the room is clean and good, only the bathroom has stagnant water that is not smooth for its flow, for breakfast I did not take it because previously I asked the officer during check-in whether breakfast could be delivered to the room but when I called the restaurant area in the morning, it was not delivered to the room unless I was sick.

Overall the room is good, spacious enough for 2 people. It's also clean, including the bathroom, the staff are also friendly. But it's a shame the TV is bad 🙏 the picture is not clear & yesterday the sound suddenly disappeared by itself, can be fixed, it's okay if there's no cable TV / Netflix / something like that, at least the TV can turn on properly 👍🏻

recommended hotel, for the first time to Semarang and staying at this hotel I am very satisfied with the service. the staff are all friendly.. for the junior suite king room the cleanliness is okay, breakfast is okay, free coffee capsules and snacks in the room ☺️🫶. cool though.. not all hotels have this facility.
