A hidden gem. We paid the price of a normal hotel but got the quality and service of a 5-star hotel. The facility was clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast pleasantly satisfied all of our palates (indo and foreigner). And the massage facilities on site provide perhaps the best massage I have ever had in Indonesia!

The images presented in the app do not match reality. The hotel building is old and the exterior paint is dull, different from what is in the picture. I booked this hotel because the price is cheap, even though it is a 4-star hotel, but then I realized why it was cheap, because in my opinion the standard is below the average 4-star hotel. I usually stay in hotels, and for a 4-star hotel, this hotel is not worthy in my opinion. I stayed 3 nights, the first day I was given on the 6th floor, the room was spacious, but the carpet smelled of dust and the sheets and pillowcases were not clean white, they were a bit shabby. The second and third days I moved to the 3rd floor, the room was smaller but cleaner and the sheets and pillowcases were whiter than before. Unfortunately, there is a connecting door, the next room was very noisy because I brought children, it was very disturbing. I made mistakes many times when ordering Grab, because the hotel name on Grab is still Raddison Hotel... there is no hotel name label outside the building, so it's confusing... there should be improvements to the hotel facilities, repaint or renovate them to 4-star standards.. if the staff are friendly... I didn't have time to take photos except the lobby.. Thank you

I often stay at this hotel when landing in Medan for business, even when it was still called the Radisson. However, the last few times when I checked in, I was always asked for a room upgrade, with the excuse that the superior room did not have a smoking room, the deluxe room was available. I was quite disappointed because I was very tired and had to constantly be faced with arguments that seemed to direct me to upgrade the room. Then I was repeatedly reminded that my room did not include breakfast, even though I had ordered no breakfast because I had to check out at 5 am, and I usually had breakfast on the roadside. My stay here was terrible. The AC wasn't working since morning. Guests were left to suffer from the heat. This is my first time staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was in a sauna. It was so hot that the room was stuffy. After checking other reviews, I found many of the same situation. The AC was broken, so this wasn't the only time it happened. My stay here was terrible. The AC wasn't working since morning. Guests were left to suffer from the heat. This is my first time staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was in a sauna.
