Overall, this is a very worthwhile hotel choice for a budget-friendly budget. It's an older hotel, but well-maintained. A suggestion for management would be to replace the towels, which I think would be a huge plus for guests.

Got a free upgrade, great! Tried the room service, quick, tasty, and affordable. It’s in the heart of the city, expect some noises from the road and surrounding. But overall, I had a great experience, all the staff are friendly. KFC is located right by the hotel, so you can get your food easily. There is also a coffee place right beside it. In the same road, you will find the famous big Padang resto within walking distance.

Everything was very good. The staff, Zikry and Gayus, provided friendly service. One suggestion: the bathroom floor is too slippery. The customer towels should be replaced. The bedcovers and pillowcases should be replaced. They're no longer pure white, but rather brownish. Thank you.

Aiho Hotel is strategically located right in the city center, making it easy to get around. Parking is spacious, convenient, and easy to use. The room facilities are very comfortable, but unfortunately the water heater doesn't close properly, and there's even an iron. However, because the hotel card system is still outdated, sometimes accessing the elevator and getting to the room can be a hassle. The swimming pool is spacious and comfortable, with separate areas for children and adults. The food is quite varied, but it wasn't to my taste, lacking flavor. Because I was on the third floor in a deluxe room, the noise from the night bar could be heard, making it difficult to sleep.

The facilities and friendliness of the staff are okay, but it's a bit noisy because it's close to the road.

My first stay here, and I got a great price. Five-star service. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The pool is clean, though a bit too deep for adults. Very satisfying. Strategically located in the city center.

A budget hotel for a 4-star hotel. The only downside is that it's an older hotel, so the facilities are starting to wear out. Otherwise, it's fine.

The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. The hotel is spacious, well-equipped with a swimming pool and other amenities. The Wi-Fi is fast. I've been here for two days, and it's not bad.

What a mess, guys. I stayed there for 3 nights, and the AC was dead 😤. Not good service. Don't stay here...

The staff are friendly, the security is also friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are still okay in my opinion even though it has changed its name 3 times, the food is also okay overall, the city view vibes are still there.

The images presented in the app do not match reality. The hotel building is old and the exterior paint is dull, different from what is in the picture. I booked this hotel because the price is cheap, even though it is a 4-star hotel, but then I realized why it was cheap, because in my opinion the standard is below the average 4-star hotel. I usually stay in hotels, and for a 4-star hotel, this hotel is not worthy in my opinion. I stayed 3 nights, the first day I was given on the 6th floor, the room was spacious, but the carpet smelled of dust and the sheets and pillowcases were not clean white, they were a bit shabby. The second and third days I moved to the 3rd floor, the room was smaller but cleaner and the sheets and pillowcases were whiter than before. Unfortunately, there is a connecting door, the next room was very noisy because I brought children, it was very disturbing. I made mistakes many times when ordering Grab, because the hotel name on Grab is still Raddison Hotel... there is no hotel name label outside the building, so it's confusing... there should be improvements to the hotel facilities, repaint or renovate them to 4-star standards.. if the staff are friendly... I didn't have time to take photos except the lobby.. Thank you

I often stay at this hotel when landing in Medan for business, even when it was still called the Radisson. However, the last few times when I checked in, I was always asked for a room upgrade, with the excuse that the superior room did not have a smoking room, the deluxe room was available. I was quite disappointed because I was very tired and had to constantly be faced with arguments that seemed to direct me to upgrade the room. Then I was repeatedly reminded that my room did not include breakfast, even though I had ordered no breakfast because I had to check out at 5 am, and I usually had breakfast on the roadside. To the new hotel management, I inform you that not everyone is stupid enough to choose what is best for their own comfort when choosing a room or hotel to stay in. I suggest that you re-brief the front office staff that not all guests who arrive are happy to stay at your hotel, many are very tired from traveling and hospitality from your staff is very much needed.
