The staff are friendly, the security is also friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are still okay in my opinion even though it has changed its name 3 times, the food is also okay overall, the city view vibes are still there.

The images presented in the app do not match reality. The hotel building is old and the exterior paint is dull, different from what is in the picture. I booked this hotel because the price is cheap, even though it is a 4-star hotel, but then I realized why it was cheap, because in my opinion the standard is below the average 4-star hotel. I usually stay in hotels, and for a 4-star hotel, this hotel is not worthy in my opinion. I stayed 3 nights, the first day I was given on the 6th floor, the room was spacious, but the carpet smelled of dust and the sheets and pillowcases were not clean white, they were a bit shabby. The second and third days I moved to the 3rd floor, the room was smaller but cleaner and the sheets and pillowcases were whiter than before. Unfortunately, there is a connecting door, the next room was very noisy because I brought children, it was very disturbing. I made mistakes many times when ordering Grab, because the hotel name on Grab is still Raddison Hotel... there is no hotel name label outside the building, so it's confusing... there should be improvements to the hotel facilities, repaint or renovate them to 4-star standards.. if the staff are friendly... I didn't have time to take photos except the lobby.. Thank you

I often stay at this hotel when landing in Medan for business, even when it was still called the Radisson. However, the last few times when I checked in, I was always asked for a room upgrade, with the excuse that the superior room did not have a smoking room, the deluxe room was available. I was quite disappointed because I was very tired and had to constantly be faced with arguments that seemed to direct me to upgrade the room. Then I was repeatedly reminded that my room did not include breakfast, even though I had ordered no breakfast because I had to check out at 5 am, and I usually had breakfast on the roadside. To the new hotel management, I inform you that not everyone is stupid enough to choose what is best for their own comfort when choosing a room or hotel to stay in. I suggest that you re-brief the front office staff that not all guests who arrive are happy to stay at your hotel, many are very tired from traveling and hospitality from your staff is very much needed.

It's pretty good for that price. Quite satisfied.

During my stay, the food was delicious, except the vegetables in the rice bowl were hard and not soft enough. Hopefully, the food will improve in the future. The swimming pool was dirty, as if a worm had fallen into it. Hopefully, it will be checked every 4 hours. The rooms were okay, and the staff were friendly and always greeted us. Hopefully, these shortcomings will change.

The hotel's location in the city center makes it easy to access anywhere.

It's just that when we stayed, the hotel's AC was broken, the maintenance took too long, this was uncomfortable.

The photos in the app don't reflect the reality. The lobby, elevators, and corridors are hot, and there's no working air conditioning. Only the rooms are cool. The old building is poorly maintained.

My stay here was terrible. The AC wasn't working since morning. Guests were left to suffer from the heat. This is my first time staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was in a sauna. It was so hot that the room was stuffy. After checking other reviews, I found many of the same situation. The AC was broken, so this wasn't the only time it happened. Please improve things so we can improve in the future.

The AC was not confirmed when it was off, until the hotel confirmed that the central AC was off.
