Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great experience for my first stay at this hotel. Front desk staff assisted me during my late check in with passion. Definitely will stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Medan.

A hidden gem. We paid the price of a normal hotel but got the quality and service of a 5-star hotel. The facility was clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast pleasantly satisfied all of our palates (indo and foreigner). And the massage facilities on site provide perhaps the best massage I have ever had in Indonesia!

My stay here was terrible. The AC wasn't working since morning. Guests were left to suffer from the heat. This is my first time staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was in a sauna. It was so hot that the room was stuffy. After checking other reviews, I found many of the same situation. The AC was broken, so this wasn't the only time it happened. Please improve things so we can improve in the future.

1 thing I like is the fast WIFI anywhere in the hotel. The food is delicious. Noise from outside the room is still audible. The bathroom glass door makes noise. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Friendliness is lacking. Hospitality needs to be improved. The elevator to the 6th floor often gets stuck (don't know if it's the elevator or the room card's fault).
