Très bon hôtel avec un personnel sympas.

Hotel is fine but not suitable for tourists with big and heavy luggages, too many stairs to climb. Beddings are not as great. Pillows are overused, neck hurts…water heater takes a long time to run. Area is not safe. But very close to Napoli Centrale. Host is friendly and accommodating.

Once you get to the actual hotel up the stairs it is clean and welcoming. The owner came to help check me in, he spoke english and was lovely and courteous. My room was clean, linens lovely and clean, my private bathroom same. I am Canadian so it is very different from what we are used to. The area outside is slightly intimidating but was fine. My only issue was other guests. I stayed May 28th I am sure if he checks his cctv he will find guests he won’t invite back. Fighting, banging very very loudly on outside door, smoking, all night literally until 4am in and out up and down hall. The walls are thin and I got very little rest and felt unsafe overnight. If there were staff onsite overnight it would have been reassuring. The owner did give me his what’s app number but I was not comfortable calling or complaining in middle of night.

It was great. The place is very close to Naplea Grand Central Station and walkable to the Center.

駅近なので夜の治安は良いとは言えないが、駅近なので問題ない。スーパーも近くにあってgood。スタッフさんも気さくな人で、日本が好きらしく日本人にもおすすめ。

A good basic hotel. In a busy area so noise could be heard, but not a big problem. Clean and comfortable, excellent value and very close to the station too. Room had air con and en suite bathroom. Didn’t use the breakfast offered at the hotel as so close to many outlets in the station! Would use again.

Last Minute Buchung und eigentlich eine gute Überraschung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 3 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (Airport shuttle). Achtung: das Hotel befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Gebäudes ohne Lift

La struttura è posta al secondo piano di un edificio senza ascensore,e di questo non ho trovato alcun avviso ne in Expedia ne su altri siti che trattavano dell' albergo stesso. Avevo una valigia molto pesante poiché la notte a Napoli era per me un passaggio per il successivo traghetto per la Sardegna che ho preso il giorno dopo.A seguito sia di un colloquio al citofono che al telefono ho chiesto.all' operatore in turno in quel momento di aiutarmi a trasportare la valigia ma lui si è rifiutato categoricamente dicendo che erano affari miei se avevo una valigia troppo pesante( la poteva fare più leggera,cito le sue testuali parole,) e che se volevo la stanza ( che avevo peraltro già pagato) dovevo salire per conto mio ( peraltro ho un peso piuttosto consistente e sono in cura per pressione alta) Ho avuto l' ausilio di due signore che,accortesi che la mia situazione era piuttosto.seria,mi hanno tenuto compagnia e hanno sollecitato più volte al telefono ( come ho sollecitato.anch' io) le forze dell' ordine attraverso il 113 a venire a risolvere questa situazione. Le forze dell' ordine sono finalmente venute dopo circa un' ora e mezza dalla chiamata e mi hanno gentilmente aiutato a trasportare la valigia.Se non ci fosse stato l' ausilio di queste due signore che mi hanno supportato anche moralmente per tutto il tempo fino all arrivo della polizia e se non ci fosse stato l' intervento della polizia temo che l' evento avrebbe preso pieghe drammatiche

My stay at Hotel Ginevra was mixed. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient to explore the area, and the room was clean. However, the building itself is quite old, which gives it a somewhat rundown feel. Communication was a challenge as the staff did not speak English, making it difficult to resolve issues during the stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not functional, and the mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. While the location is a plus, the outdated facilities and lack of comfort left much to be desired.

Chambre qui empestait le tabac alors qu'elle était annoncée comme non fumeur sur le site. Personnel peu agréable. Un sourire et un bonjour de temps en temps auraient été les bienvenus surtout lorsque la clientèle fait l'effort de parler la langue locale.
