We had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Stayed in the separate building and arrived late, I was worried that the late check I would not be easy but it was. We were sent a great video of how the find the other building, everything worked perfectly. The room was lovely, comfy beds and a good shower. Location was ideal for exploring Pisa. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff.

The receptionist, Johnny, was knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. He gave great recommendations for food and things to do in the area. The train station Pisa San Rossore was less than an 8 minute walk. The walk to the Tower of Pisa was less than 2 minutes. Overall, a great experience.

What a superb location! Literally seconds from Cathedral Square & the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Especially ideal if it’s really hot - can retreat back to your air conditioned room for a break away from the crowds for a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking is easy to find. Would recommend!

Nice little hotel in a very convenient location to visit the main tourist attractions (the Duomo complex with the Tower are at less than one minute walk).
The hotel is nicely furnished and clean with very comfortable beds and good quality pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is no lift at the property, but staff are on hand to help with the luggage.
The hotel doesn't offer breakfast as it doesn't have a kitchen, but there's a nice cafe opposite which offers a good selection of foods.
There is no bidet in the bathrooms (very unusual for Italy).

Hotel itself is more of a guest house. We were out in the first room as you entered the hotel on the ground floor right next to the reception desk. As a result you could hear everybody in the hotel and outside. The room was spotless and we had no complaints. It was an excellent location for the leaning tower but lots of outside noise. Gianni in reception was excellent snd very helpful

This small hotel was right by the gate of the city and we could literally walk out of the door and 20 paces later we were in the old part of the city just 200m from the bell tower, and it’s beautiful. It couldn’t be better situated.
However, I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was very hard and I had very little sleep. Such a shame because otherwise this quiet little hotel is perfect
