Milan was 96 degrees (36 Celsius) and the air conditioner did not work for the 4 days we stayed. The staff was not helpful at all!!!!

Et virkeligt fint hotel lige i centrum af Milano, hvor vi kunne gå til alt det vi gerne ville se. Men de sidste 2 dage, var der 38˚ og airconditionen fungerede ikke på vores værelse. Vi klagede til receptionen, som sagde der var fejl på 4. etage, hvilket de ikke kunne gør noget ved. Ved afrejse blev vi lovet en kompensation, som de ville sende en mail om, men der er intet sket.

when it comes to location … this hotel is a gem! it was just tucked in enough to be in a quiet spot. if theres no major event going on like design week…. where youll hear loud music.. but it wont be for too long…but walk 2 mins in every direction youll be in the center of everything that there is to see that exceeded my expectations! Teatro alla scala is 3 mins from there… the duomo same walking distance rinascente ! hop on bus stops restaurants shops including the metro… nothing seemed too far away to walk we got a spacious room and a nice breakfast… they could use more variety in the menu.. the company for pick up from the airport and drop off was very nice…excellent drivers and very friendly we had a good experience… personnel was very accommodating and friendly…. the furniture is a little worn out .. and they could provide more toiletries…and the mattress could be more comfortable …
if you are looking for the “hotel experience” where u want to feel pampered this isn't it….. but if you make location a priority this place is clean and youll get a decent room and stay.

Hotel is too old and not functioning at all breakfast is horrible we had to change a room because wi fi didn’t work pool is dirty steam room is closed sauna is disgusting and smell funny maintenance issues everywhere you look this hotel should be closed

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Milan Cathedral. While the building is a bit old, it adds to the charm and is still very well-maintained. We did encounter some noise from the room above us, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. The hotel is located in a great location. I had a good experience but felt that the hotel room had too many pieces of furniture. I think the hotel should consider rearranging the hotel rooms. They can start by mounting the television on the wall and get rid of the furniture piece that it currently rests on.
