I had WiFi problem in my room, it was on and off, asked the front desk to change room, request was denied, so I had problems booking train tickets, and other tickets. On the third day, there was no WiFi connection, different front desk person changed room for me, and he was attentive and apologetic, so over all I have mixed feelings about this hotel.

Love this UNA hotel for its proximity to Bologna Centrale and its wonderful buffet breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable and quiet. Nice staff and close to places to grab a bite. Neighbourhood a little … sketchy later at night, but with a little focus and a purposeful walk, all is good.

While the room service and in-room amenities left a bit to be desired, the location was outstanding—making it very convenient for traveling to other cities. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bologna. 😊

Et utrolig dejligt hotel beliggende meget tæt på stationen. Værelserne var allerede kl. 11, så det var skønt. Yderst pæne, store og moderne værelser med flotte badeværelser. Morgenmadsbuffeten er virkelig god med lune og kolde retter samt flotte kager.
Beliggenheden er 20 minutters gang fra centrum med restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på.
Absolut et hotel, som vi meget gerne vender tilbage til.

If you are looking for a basic hotel across from the train station with an average breakfast and average clean I suppose this hotel fits the bill, but it was not for me. I stayed here as a friend booked first so I joined and booked a room as well. I found the initial reception lovely, but later when I asked for ONE extra water from the front desk staff the man would not give it to me, and he was rude. The room itself was frightening, to say the least, with blood red walls and mysterious faux Asian script above the bed. My daughter and I likened it to Escape room meets an early Cronenberg film. We were glad that we woke up alive and well to at least enjoy the patio with the mediocre breakfast. The wait staff were lovely, lively and hustling to please customers.
I found the hotel cold and without a soul, it has the potential to be so much more.

The best thing is that it's just a few minutes' walk from the train station, ideal if you arrive late or have an early train to catch. The rooms are comfortable, but you can hear some noises at times, nothing that would bother a deep sleeper. The reception staff is friendly and were very patient in allowing me to practice my very basic Italian. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Bologna, but several bus lines also pass right in front of the hotel.
