Holiday Inn & Suites MADISON WEST - MIDDLETON, an IHG Hotel

It was difficult to get to the hotel due to road construction and they shut the water off all morning as we had a wedding to get ready for. There were 12 of us. The water park was fun though.

The only thing I’d change is the tree (pillar) between the pool and the hot tub, it made it difficult to watch the kiddo while my partner and I relaxed. Also: yes, there is a hot tub, I don’t know why the listing doesn’t include it.

A great last minute getaway, my kid loved it!

Only issue is not really enough parking. I had to circle the lot 4 times to find a spot after someone left.

4 nights, visiting family in Madison. Located in a sort of corporate office park area with no outdoor space or anything to walk to but the hotel itself was excellent. Usual HI excellence

It was a good stay overall with nice breakfast everyday. One downside is if you are staying long ,the laundary is terrible with quarters to rely on and the condition of dryer was very bad. Other than that there is fun activites in the pool area for the kids.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent .I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Very clean and nice property - felt luxurious

Came up for the Coldplay concert. Room was spacious and clean....check in/ out quick and easy. Friendly staff. Bartender in bar ( by restaurant) was excellent and friendly. Food in restaurant was iver priced in my opinion and no vegan options. Definitely would stay here again

Great staff, great pool, and a good breakfast.

Loved location of hotel. Great amenities. Some cleaning issues. Dirty comforter, pool bathroom dirty towels and bugs

Best place to stay. Great breakfast. Must stay here. The people above us were running around their room. It was less than 5 minutes later the running stopped and never started back up.

I’ll start by sharing that we had a great time and WILL be back… couple things to note: Lots of stains in our room - all over every lamp shade in our bedroom (5 of them) - the couch cushions had the weirdest liquid spilled along the sides. Weird sticky patch on the table. Weird texture in one spot on the carpet from something being spilled. The beds were clean and comfy. The hotel halls were HOT. With it being a hot weekend, our room and the general hotel smelled a little funky at times. The waterpark was perfect for our little one, but like others have previously mentioned, the steep slide in the little tikes area is sketchy without a side support. I also witnessed three kids slip and hit their head pretty hard on the cement with lots of tears. The floors are very slippery even when walking. The rubber mats help but perhaps an anti slip top coat for the flooring? The staff was VERY kind, even the life guards greeted us when we came in the water park. The connected restaurant was super tasty, and they had a great selection for breakfast. So with all that said, room for improvement, but the good outweighed the bad for us, we will be back! Thank you!
