Friendly people YES! Also the convenience of being close to the airport. Also, the breakfast was great, and the housekeepers made an excellent job of prepping the room. I will definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here a few times and each time I’m here the service is wonderful. The front desk staff are so welcoming and kind. The employees throughout the hotel are so nice and helpful as well. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I love staying here!

When I purchased the ticket it looks like breakfast is included but as I get into the INN I was told to pay for it. The INN booking was too expensive and then I was to be charged for my breakfast. Areas are not clean and there is a bad smell in the building and foods are not of good quality. My son did not eat their chicken.

Waited 1 hr cause rooms weren’t ready. Okay I’ll wait but had to get in line again to ask and find out a room was available but no one told us sitting in dirty lobby. Finally get a room#800. A room in an odd corner, open door immediately smell mold and room is in rough shape. Check bathroom and ceiling is full of mold. Had to leave quick cause my asthma starts acting up. Gave us another room quickly and it was a “Normal” room. Beat up but ok. No mold smell but can tell mold was painted over in shower. Very bad experience and will never return. Duty,beat up and MOLD!!!!!!

DARLENE OUR CHECK IN PERSON WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE BELL HOP WAS AWFUL JOSE HE HARRASSED MY HUSBAND ABOUT A LUGGAGE RACK WITHOUT EVEN OFFERING ASSISTANCE WITH OUR LUGGAGE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE AND THEN CALLED OUR ROOM BEFORE WE COULD EVEN FINISH UNLOADING THE RACK BECAUSE WE INTERRUPTED BY THE MAINTENANCE PERSON AND THEN WE HAD THE MAINTENANCE PERSON BANGING ON OUR DOOR NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER WE ARRIVED IN OUR ROOMS, FRIGHTENING ME WITH QUESTIONING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SEEING AS WE JUST ARRIVED GIVING US ATTITUDE BARGING IN THIS WAS A QUESTIONABLE STAY HERE TO SAY THE LEAST

This was located close the LAX, friendly staff and older but nice big clean room. However: the shuttle bus was far in between. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes at LAX, and when I called the hotel, the answer was “it’s on its way”. Leaving the hotel going to LAX was the same thing. They didn’t know where the shuttle bus was and when it’s coming or going. Because of this, I probably won’t repeat this hotel. I saw tons of shuttle buses running every 15 minutes from the nearby competitors and next time I will go with dependable transportation.

I was profiled by one of the security guards there on my last night. Ran up to me like he was going to tackle me and demanded I show him proof of me staying there. As far as I’m concerned I’ll never stay at this hotel again. Once I was forced to show the guard my room key he told me to have a nice stay, forced to show my papers. Forced into a corner. Forced to feel vet uncomfortable. Pull the cameras of the last night of my stay you’ll see what I’m referring to. Needed to process what happened for a few days. The security guard is poorly trained on peoples rights. I do plan on contacting my attorney to see what else can be done.

綺麗でLAXから近く使いやすいホテルだと思います。 シャトルバスの運転手は丁寧で紳士的でした。 ただし、シャトルバスの呼び方をWebサイトに乗せておらず電話で問い合わせる必要があったのは不満です。ここが国際空港であることを考えれば、電話ができない人も少なくないことを理解してほしいです。 シャトルバスの頻度は多くなく、他のホテルのシャトルバスが何度も来るのを横目で見ながらホリデイ・インを探す必要がありました。

I noticed how worn the carpeting on 2nd level. It was a tad noisy, didn't slept well at all. Well it was my first room right next to the laundry room. Though rugged , it was clean nonetheless. It is convinient, the food in their restaurant downstairs is good and reasonably priced. McDonalds is right in front of the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is another convenience. Check-in staff are quick to assist.

It is convinient, the food in their restaurant downstairs is good and reasonably priced. McDonalds is right in front of the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is another convenience. Check-in staff are quick to assist.
